Last bite on earth: Fresh uni & sashimi salad, ebi mayo, braised lamb shank with pomme anna and veggies. For dessert, something chocolate-y and rich.
Nice post! It's always great to get a "coles notes" version on these shows. I'd buy honey candy! ...but I don't have any difficulty with stirring honey into my tea / top secret cold remedy either. :)
Another thing I have to add that another difference between gelato and ice cream is that gelato has a lower milkfat content than ice cream.
