What I miss most:

About 10 years ago I flew Pan Am out of Sanford, FL to Indiana. They served as a snack bread sticks and marinara sauce and chocolate chip cookies.... these were served piping hot right out of the oven and were out of this world... and the smell was AMAZING.
All the meals I have ever eaten on a plane... THIS is the one that stands out the most.
