The tour was strictly Scott's deal. I had nothing to do with it besides going on it and eating slices. That said, I'd love to take a cue from Scott and put together a similar tour. Maybe for spring when it gets warm again.

I understand not wanting to go to Di Fara's too late because the wait can be miserable (but always worth it!) but you must include it on your next tour. Also, Totonno's in Coney Island is a must!!
Do you guys have another tour planned?

Putting Di Fara on the trip sounds like a bad idea unless you have everybody show up there at 11am and descend upon Dom right when he opens. Can the place even seat 20?

I wonder if the quality control at Patsy's is suffering these days. I've gone a few times this year, but always on a weekend night, when the oven is nice and hot, and found it perfect.

Mmmm, pizza. When's the next bus? Sign me up!

Josh, you tell me if you'd want to get to Di Fara at 1 p.m., with 20-some people, and then wait for 3 pies. I believe Scott only had the bus till 6 p.m. Di Fara would have killed half that time in waiting alone. I know Scott thought about including Di Fara but left it out because of the delay it might cause. The place truly is a wildcard like that.
