homemade vinaigrette
I have just joined the site so pardon me if this has been asked and answered. I am traveling by car and would like to take some homemade vinaigrette that I would make today and arrive tomorrow. Do I need to refrigerate it after I make it and then keep it in the cooler during the trip or do you think it would be OK just on the counter and then in the car? Thanks!
I can make it on site, I just wanted to make a bunch of it and cut down on prep time. Thanks though, that is what I'll do.
