Many Christmases ago I made these large (3" diameter) Linzer-type cookies that were sandwiched with orange marmalade and dipped halfway into melted dark chocolate. They were a lot of work, but they looked gorgeous and tasted great.

Best of all time is the Old Coupland Inn in Coupland, TX. But, I'm stuck here in the land of vinegar and pork, North Carolina. So, I go to Danny's in RTP for my brisket with sweet & tangy sauce. But, they don't have sausage.
