So far, I have only Big Bob's recipe for a white barbecue sauce when a friend made a version of it. It was superb, and a surprise. I go to Alabama often and will get to Big Bob's. My favorite barbecue in the world is Archibald's in Northport, AL across the Black Warrior River from downtown Tuscaloosa. I love the sauce so much, I buy a gallon and take it home to north Florida and hoard it until my next visit.
