How Long Would You Stand In Line for Coffee?
It's a crap shoot in my morning coffee place (Irving Farm). Sometimes there is no one in front of me, sometimes the line is snaking practically out the door, though the place is small, so that's about 8 or 9 people deep. It can take 10-15 minutes on a morning that people are ordering espresso drinks or pastries with their coffee. But it's worth it to me not to have to drink Starbucks, Dunkin, or the god-forsaken swill in my office building lobby.

I thought Itsu was VERY good for a fast food chain, and would love to see them come to NY. I was very unimpressed with Wagamamma. There are so many good, authentic ramen places in NYC and there the ramen was greasy and not made with authentic ingredients (like chicken instead of the usual roast pork - there was no pork to be found in any of their soups).
