I'm surprised that no one mentioned the great burgers of Deli Kasbah. One of Kasbah's type of burger is called Yossi burger - very juicy. With respect to Talia's burgers, no one can beat them. The only thing that bother me at Talia's Steakhouse is the wait of 25 minutes for 10 oz. burger. But, its worth it because it is so fresh, tasty and juicy. Recently, Talia's add Middle Eastern dishes such as beef and chicken skewers - amazing marination. Ali Baba has also a good burger but their bun must be changed. So, kosher eaters in the Upper West Side of Manhattan are not deprived of a good burger just because they keep kosher.
