i suggest that your next task be to adopt a primal/paleo diet for a month.

i feel that there is more actual science to support that type of diet being the healthiest. some good blogs on the subject(mostly):

Obsession-Worthy Eggnog from Straus Family Creamery, Marin County CA

I actually just picked up a bottle of this nog last week. I was pretty excited because it looked really good... I assume because it came in a glass bottle and said "organic". I actually like thick egg nog, so this wasn't my style. It was nice though, I wouldn't say obsession-worthy though.

There is nothing wrong with saturated fat (myristic, palmitic, and stearic), no matter what bad science and diet hysteria have led to be "common knowledge".

Also, the grass-fed ruminants have a higher (better) amount of long chain n-3 poly-unsaturated fat.

It really is unfortunate that most of you have not read this book or the more detailed "Good Calories, Bad Calories", but yet are able to make such ridiculous statements about this book/author/subject matter.

Why actually read an entire book when you can read a few sentences on a blog post and then write a snarky comment about what you think you know.
