It really is unfortunate that most of you have not read this book or the more detailed "Good Calories, Bad Calories", but yet are able to make such ridiculous statements about this book/author/subject matter.

Why actually read an entire book when you can read a few sentences on a blog post and then write a snarky comment about what you think you know.

since (most of) the oil is pressed out, maybe the lectin content is reduced?
i guess it doesn't matter much to me, as i'm not going to use the stuff.
i was just curious.
i don't think trading gluten for lectin does much good.

what is the lectin content of peanut flour?
