All these recipes look great but if you want some great wings and still have time to watch the 15 pre-Super Bowl analysis shows and the kazillion post game shows and still have the time to actually watch the superbowl game try this.
Get a bag of wing sections found in your grocery store frozen foods.
If you have a deep fryer, preheat your temperature for the oil at around 250, until it gets hot, if frying in pan, I cup of oil, we like canola but your choice.
Fry wings until done, drain well.
Have a bowl handy with your choice of wing sauce in it, around a half of bottle depending on how many wings you are cooking. We like Texas Petes, Once your wings are done, drain well then dump the wings into the bowl and roll them around in the sauce until they are well coated.
Enjoy!!! Takes around 20 minutes start to finish.
Here's an alternative way for prep, this is my favorite but not necessarily the conventional way.
Thaw wings (microwave defrost) works just great), otherwise place in refrigerator the night before to thaw.
Mix 1 cup of flour with one packet of "Good Seasons" dry italian dressing.
I find gallon freezer bags work great for shaking the wings in the flour mix. You can find Good Seasons Italian Mix in grocery stores where liquid dressings are located. (No I don't own stock in Good Seasons....
Once wing sections are well coated then deep fry using the directions above. This takes just a little longer to prepare but It's well worth it to me.
Anyway, this is my offering, I know there are better ways to do this, but I want to enjoy the last day of football and not have to spend much time in the kitchen other than grabbing the next cold one. Colts by 17.
