Photo of the Day: Salmiakki Ice Cream

Salmiakki definitely is not for everyones taste and there are huge differences between different salmiakkis. Salty liquorice does not tell it all.

I do love deeply some of salmiakki, like Tyrkisk Peber and hate some so much I don't want anything to do with them. It's a complex delicacy. In ice cream I find it gross, but with chocolate oh so fantastic!
