There is an adorable Italian place in my neighborhood that has a fuscili pasta in a red vodka sauce. It comes with everything. Sounds pedestrian, but it is seriously the best pasta I've ever had. It's amazing!!!

I like to scope out where I'll eat before I leave for the trip. Check out menus online and choose places that have healthier but still delicious sounding options. Also, check out the sides section! A lot of the chain restaurants will have broccoli or squash you can order as a side, or as a substitution for the blad rice that comes with your entree.

Soup! When I want to eat healthy and need inspiration, I toss veggies in a pot with homemade stock. Sometimes I'll add whole grains, or legumes, or a little meat. But it's always mostly veggie, and always delicious!
