I've made this twice in the past two weeks. Great recipe! I use 2 cups chicken broth and 2 cups water just for kicks. Delish!

I LOVE OLIVE OIL AND ICE CREAM.

My favorite thus far has been Haagen-Dazs's Honey ice cream topped with olive oil and salt.

There are some olive oils that will actually harden and become a bit like a chocolate ice cream shell texturally, but I don't know which ones. I've been trying (with ease) to get through the bottle I already have, which I helped pick the olives for in Florence!
