I badly want an outdoor pizza oven, but our yard is small, and to optimize style we've purchased a great Malm fireplace reproduction. I am wondering if anyone has made pizza or bread in one of these? Is it possible?
As per conversation in Erin's inside view of R-Gang, we're going to have a tot meetup. October 23rd, next Tuesday, lets say 7pm? Maybe some of you will get there earlier, but I can't!
While looking at Erin's behind-the-scenes look at how the tots are made at San Diego's R-Gang, I found myself wishing there was some kind of city-specific meetup through serious eats. Nothing formal, maybe just a click through to post to people from your city about trying a new place, food-specific events, etc. We're all foodies, and foodies love eating and talking and talking about eating, so I figure we should do that together.
