Smitty's in Lockhart, TX is definitely my favorite. My rowing team used to train in Austin, TX during the winter and we would go to Smitty's where our coach purchased 250 lbs. of meat for us to consume. That was probably the first time ever our team couldn't finish a meal. And of course all the seniors got the prime rib... delicious.

My favorite is definitely a t-bone. It has to be big and juicy, with a little bit of crunch from the bbq.

To me there's nothing better than a bacon, egg, and cheese on a toasted everything bagel.

My favorite pork memory happened this year after I read about the double bacon fatty melt on your website. I went home and made the amazing concoction with extra bacon. I'm pretty sure I could feel the cholesterol in my veins... but I'd do it again.

The pretzel croissants are amazing. I would eat them anytime.

My mom used to slow cook pork shoulder in a plastic bag and it was awesome!
