These are delicious. Just made a batch for breakfast. Make sure to add the vanilla to the liquids - it got left out of the directions.

OK. These are amazing. Just finished making a batch. So light and airy. Absolutely delicious. Thanks for posting. I used a whole apple instead of 1/2 apple 1/2 pear and cinnamon-sugar instead of vanilla sugar. But I've never made a choux pastry before and it was fun and really really tasty.
