Almond Butter-- what to do?
Try mixing 1/3 cup with a cup of sliken tofu in a blender or food processor. Add in some honey or asprinkle of cinnamon if you like!

I buy Almond Butter to make my ">Strawberry Kanten recipe. Also, you can mixit up with maple syrup and create an Almond Maple Syrup for your morning pancakes.
I also used it to make marshmallow-free Rice Krispies Treats... Yum!!

I love it on celery as well. No raisins for me though. Unfortunately I've had to give up nut butters - can't seem to tolerate them. I miss almond and peanut butter so much. If I had some in my fridge, I'd first spread some on the afore mentioned celery. Then I'd eat it straight out of the jar. Then I'd have an almond butter, banana, and honey sandwich on toasted ezekiel bread. Sigh.
Funny you should ask, but one day I was ready to make a tahini dressing to serve on a panino with beans & found I was out of tahini (sesame butter). What I did have was a big jar of almond butter. That substitution was a real discovery. Mixed with yogurt, a bit of fresh pressed garlic, a splash of lemon juice and S&P to taste and voila! a creamy, good-for-you dressing. For a thicker spread, just add a little mayo. I think some herbs could be good too. Maybe chopped basil or parsley or even some chipotle pepper flakes to give it some heat.
I agree with Narinda about the sandwich -- but I like it with sour cherry preserves, on whole wheat toast. Also, almond butter slathered on a Macintosh apple is one of the all-time great healthy snacks!
Mmm, just as lucyinspain said, I love almond butter put into my oatmeal. I love the flavor of almond butter so much that I like to eat it simply - on whole grain toast or an English muffin, and not even with jelly but with a sprinkle of turbinado sugar ..
An almond-butter & blueberry-preserve sandwich, with a little cinnamon sprinkled in it.
It makes the sandwich feel luxurious instead of... y'know. College-y.
With Nutella and/or sliced strawberries on whole-grain toast, of course!
It's also good stirred into a bowl of hot oatmeal with a touch of honey.
