That's standard Filipino breakfast right there. Although, the banana leaves aren't always used. In addition, "-si-" comes from the fried rice (sinangag in Tagalog) and the "-ilog" part of the word refers to the egg (itlog in Tagalog). So Tapa, Sinagag (Fried Rice) and Itlog (Egg) is Topsilog.
