Snapshots from Korea: Looking For Frozen Sweets in the Hongdae District of Seoul

In the mid 2000's there were Terre de Glace Pure Fruits shops all over Seoul selling amazing what I believe was sherbet. I think sweet corn was my favorite (I got kernels stuck in my teeth from it). Last time I looked (several years ago) there was only one left and now it seems as they have no internet presence. Don't know what happened.

Anniversary dinner - Rouge Tomate vs Dining Room at The Modern

My wife and I will be celebrating our 2nd anniversary, as well as our birthdays, in late July. I'm trying to decide whether to get reservations at Rouge Tomate vs the Dining Room at the Modern.
To give you a sense of our preferences, we don't want a lot of noise. Nice service is prized, as is bread service. Neither of us eat red meat or pork. Although we like food to be fun and interesting (and of course delicious) we've grown somewhat tired of the extended tasting menu trend. That being said, we'd like 4 or 5 courses (a few of our favorite meals in NYC have been from the 5 course menu at Corton) and will probably pair wines with 3 or 4 of them.

Also open to any other suggestions.
