I made lettuce wraps the other night - suck and shitake with cashew dipping sauce. Everything was good, but the dipping sauce was out of this world.
I do it skin side down on high for 10 minutes to crisp it, then flip it over and turn one burner off (put the chicken over the turned off one) for about 40 minutes.
I bought one at the MOMA store. I think I've also seen them on Amazon.
