what to do with leftover seafood salad
I have a Costco size tub of Seafood Salad (shopping while hungry) need some ideas what to do with it other than use it as a spread, I was thinking maybe dress it up as enchiladas or lasagna?
I thin some leftover creme fraiche with heavy whipping cream and let it sit out covered with a kitchen towel for about 12 hours... viola, kind of like sourdough starter!
I roll them in newspaper and use them as fire starters
I know I'm off topic but ...The garbage count that this chains creates in just one day :( Everything is packed in clam shells along with single self-serve condiments, just seems there is a better way.

I make mine in the crock-pot. Takes about 3 hours to come up to temp (165) on low, doesn't burn and you don't have to watch it, just throw the liner in the dishwasher.
