We, the creators of Hot Kitchen, are very thankful to seriouseats.com for the article! We are amazed at overwhelming kind messages and support we have recieved since this was posted. We have had over 2000 views of our show!
Here at Hot Kitchen, we will keep making more episodes and we will get even better with each show-until we are making them the very best we possibly can! It was only a dream 12 weeks ago, and now it has become a reality, and my husband and I are doing it all ourselves-while still holding down 50+hour a week jobs!
