French in a Flash: White Bean Bisque with Garlic Chips

Wonderful soup! I halved the recipe for a lunch for 2 and added little balls of sausage I'd fried in the leftover 'garlic oil'. It was delicious, hearty without being heavy, and fully satisfying. This will be a staple on my menu!

My choice would have to be the Pumpkin Pie Creme Brulee. I love Pumpkin Pie and my boyfriend loves Creme Brulee. What better pairing could there be for us? ;^D (And, as an aside to the above post, I make my pie crusts with vodka and they're wonderful. You get the liquid without an excess of gluten making a tough crust!)
