lo82070 I think I'll give myself a million dollars if I find one in Wyoming. :)
Amazingly, I just added one from Nebraska.
Chicken Piccata with lots of fresh lemon juice and capers.
Ancho Pork Tenderloin Enchiladas with a Red Chile Sauce - different and incredible! It would make Bobby Flay jealous
One of my favorite blog is based in both NYC and Ohio: www.thepauperedchef.com (2 writers, 1 in each state)
Bueno gente... because Puerto Rico has been mentioned already, I have to include myself then. My blog is vegetarian, but I do write a lot about Puerto Rican Delicacies done with a vegetarian twist...
Precisely, today's post is about how Puerto Rico was featured yesterday in 3 US TV shows - The Martha Stewart Show, America's Next Top Model and the Top Chef finale...

I'll give you a million dollars* if you find a Wyoming-based food blog. Or, a Wyoming blog of any sort.
*(I really won't I just like to say that).
Actually, the only WY blog I've ever seen is a good one - not food-related though:
Mine is from Florida...I have a combo of reviews & recipes

I would make my favorite comfort food - baked mac & cheese. There's chicken, walnuts, mushrooms, and a roux of gorgonzola, white cheddar, and bleu cheese. Topped with scallions, this is divine.
For a dessert, I would make rice pudding with lemon zest. It would be a carby, heavy entry, but everyone would be bursting with happiness and cheese.
