About: I'm 23 and right in the midst of my quarter-life crisis. I combat it by cooking obscene amounts of food and somehow miraculously never gaining a pound.

Do you have THE BEST goat cheese spread recipe ever?

I'm looking for a fast, easy, and delicious recipe for a goat cheese spread. I'm not particular on the type of cuisine, as long as the recipe is quick and tastes great I'll be happy! Any ideas? (I'll even post the results and give you a shout-out on my blog and here in the SE messageboards!)

Juicy, tender white meat. Especially as a leftover for a great turkey sandwich.

Cook the Book: 'Dolce Italiano, Desserts From the Babbo Kitchen'

Hands down favorite is classic Italian gelato. I remember my first taste of real gelato - I was on a high school trip to Europe and we stopped by a sweets shop just off the main square in Florence. I had a classic chocolate cone and a more exotic passion fruit cone, and I was hooked. As we continued on our walking tour I snuck off not once, but twice, to go back to the sweets shop and ended up getting six more cones of varying flavors. On my second return I got caught by one of the chaperones who threatened to send me back to the hotel, but I could have cared less. The memory of the taste of that gelato will remain with me for the rest of my life.

Papa John's Invades Neighborhood Pizzeria's Turf

Papa John's was a staple of my college years, but now that I live in Brooklyn I wouldn't dream of ordering from them - not when I'm within walking distance of Fortunata's II.

Although I will admit that I love their garlic dipping sauce.

When cooking for others, do you save the best for yourself?

It depends - I think that if you're cooking a meal for guests then the best pieces should go to them. If its just you and your husband, I'm sure he can understand your need to sample the very best of your creations!

I live by the karma rule - sacrificing the best pieces can only lead to rewards down the road! You never know how someone might repay you for cooking them the best turkey (or whatever) they've ever had!

Question of the Day: Which family member of yours is the best cook?

It used to be my mom, but I'm pretty sure I could give her a run for her money now.

Except her pasta sauce - I can never match it!

'How Moist Was My Turkey'

Please feature more videos of your grandmother. I'm serious, she looks like one rockin' lady. I'd also love a copy of her recipe for apple cobbler, it looked awesome.

The wishbone! I love to fish it out, eat the meat off it, carefully wash it and leave it out to dry in a place the cat can't get it. When we pull it apart after it's dried, our wish is for a happy and healthy year until the following Thanksgiving.

Any part that's sitting in the pan juices. Not only is the meat drippylicious, it has the added advantage of being hidden so no one can see you've been digging at it with a fork since the instant it came out of the oven, despite your frequent protestations that of course you haven't touched it.

The best part of the turkey for me is the forearm of the wing.

This forearm is done before the rest of the turkey, so I cut it off whilst the rest of the turkey continues to cook. That first sneaky treat of fresh cooked turkey is the best bite of turkey.

Juicy, crispy, delicious!

The skin of course.....when it's fresh and crispy right out of the oven. Oh I can taste it now. I'm slobbering like Pavlov's dog.
