I'm a huge fan of steamed grouped. I've just moved here to UK from borneo and still crave the silky tenderness of that delicate white fish in a light soy-based broth. I could eat it all alone - by which I not only mean without any accompaniments, but also all by myself too!

"cauliflower and ketchup pasta" - that distracted me from the rest of the post, unfortunately. ew, ketchup rather than tomato sauce? ketchup as a sauce? that's just blasphemous.
