Cook the Book: Beef Tenderloin Carpaccio with Thyme

If you get some good tenderloin thickness shouldn't be the issue as it is so tender, you could cut it even with a spoon (still don't recommend it, though) :D

Dinner Tonight: Baked Shrimp and Feta Pasta

I like it, but I am not the biggest fan of oregano with the obvious exception of pizza. I think I am gonna replace it with some basil :)
