NYC Quintessentials: Arturo's Coal-Oven Pizza

wow. ~You didn't try the pepperoni ? THAT is the best pie on the menu. Add some fresh garlic, and it's sublime.
I love this place. It's the place my wife and I go when we want a nice relaxed pizza in unstuffy surroundings. Love it. thanks for the review. And please go back and try the pepperoni.

A Sandwich A Day: The Cold Cut Bánh Mì at An Nhau

6 bucks is a rip off. Chinatown do infinitely better Bahn-Mi for 4. I agree that the sandwiches here have gone downhill since they opened.

I've seen this around a bit, and I must admit, I would purposefully not purchase it on principle alone.

Artichoke Basille's Artichoke Slice a 'New Classic'?

Wow. Truth seems to be out.
I tried this place based on the amount of hype, and I found out it to be so overrated.
Way too much topping, way too hot. Totally impossible to eat.

Turkish-style lamb chops

Having recently relocated from the UK, where lamb is very very cheap, I am horrified at the cost of lamb in many of New York's "Supermarkets."

I now call Williamsburg, Brooklyn, my home, and was wondering if anyone knows of anywhere I can get cheap lamb chops, sort of like the chops they serve in Turkish or Greek restaurants ?
