Wonderful recipe! I made this for dinner tonight, and it was quick, easy, and delicious--perfect for chilly fall nights. I also added a dash of cinnamon at the end and it added nice spice notes.

I live in Ithaca, NY and Ithaca has one of the most amazing farmers markets I've ever visited. My favorite vendor is the Cambodian food stand, which makes a mildly spicy chicken curry filled with sweet potatoes, pineapple chunks, bamboo shoots and basil leaves. The flavors meld together perfectly. I order it every weekend!

I think every foodie should read Jen Lin-Liu's book, "Serve the People: A Stir-Fried Journey Through China." It offers a vivid, personal narrative of Jen's experience learning to cook in China and provides a historical account of how Chinese food has evolved over the years.

One of my favorite reads ever! Also includes recipes!
