Grilled Cuban Corn for a Summer Party

This is some of the best looking grilled corn I've seen this year! Fabulous!

How to Make Homemade Bomb Pops

This is such a great summer concept.
I've actually got a load of recipe for homemade pops (including some tantalizing adult varieties... margarita pops, anyone?). Unfortunately, I've yet to move forward with my project! Thanks for giving me (yet another) kick in the butt.

We are big fans of the lingering, spicy-sweet heat of a good homemade jerk marinade. An overnight bath will transform the most humble chicken parts into a feast worth eating. It's also surprisingly good with grilled eggplant.

@Tumerica: The recipe was linked to in this post, but it looks like people are not seeing it, so I went ahead and placed it here; it appears just after all of Amanda's handy info on molds and freezing.

This is a simply wonderful, well-researched, and imaginative post. Darn. Wish I'd written it! Now, how about some recipes, Amanda?

Favorite grilling sauce is Veri Veri Teriyaki by Soy Vay. Good on beef, chicken...Even though it's the same sauce, it makes the proteins taste different.

I love using lemon-pepper. It works on chicken, steak and grilled veggies.

McCormick Grill Mates Montreal Steak -- I see a lot of other people agree. This is hands down the best seasoning blend I have found. I use it all the time!

I like to try all kinds of marinades, but a favorite easy one we often use is olive oil, soy sauce, citrus juice (a fresh lemon or lime, squeezed), and crushed garlic. Yum!

My favorite grillng condiment is not really a condiment, but, for me, a necessity. I love to side-grill vegetables. Something about the flavor of the char-grilled vegetables just spells S-U-M-M-E-R for me. Thanks for this opportunity.

Marinate's. There are so many new and interesting one's, but I also love to make my own, with whatever comes to mind.
