Bake the Book: 'Handheld Pies'
Well not that there's some name for it, but I'd like some sort of miniature savory chicken pie with onion and greens in it. I think I'll have to try to come up with a version Superbowl Sunday!

Seriously Delicious Holiday Giveaway: La Quercia's Cured Meat Experience
On pizza with green olives and onion
Seriously Delicious Holiday Giveaway: Recchiuti Chocolate Bars
especially at Christmas time, toasted almonds in chocolate is my favorite
Seriously Delicious Holiday Giveaway: Korin Knife
I love my santuko best for versatility. If I was stuck on a desert island with only one knife and all, you know ;)
Seriously Delicious Holiday Giveaway: Southside Market Sausage, Chicken, and Steaks
Cedar River Smokehouse in Renton, WA, especially their poultry selections~!
Seriously Delicious Holiday Giveaway: Counter Culture Coffee Subscription
40% milk and a lump of sugar. yes, I make sure to keep sugar cubes on hand so I can feel special. Wish they were more rustic lumpy sugar cubes, but I'll take what I can get (without spending more for shipping than rustic lumpy sugar cubes cost that is...;)
Seriously Delicious Holiday Giveaway: Zingerman's Praise the Lard Gift Box
With green olives and onion on a homemade pizza, topped with arugula salad.

Seriously Delicious Holiday Giveaway: Filet Mignon Roast from Pat LaFrieda Meats
My favorite (as it's the one I have only for rare occasions...which seems stupid since I went to culinary school and I could just cook it myself....) is filet mignon.
Seriously Delicious Holiday Giveaway: Recchiuti Chocolate Bars
Anything that involves caramel under the chocolate.
Seriously Delicious Holiday Giveaway: Korin Knife
I got a not nearly as pretty santuko for a wedding present 5 years ago, and it's my favorite (despite the time my husband ran it through the dishwasher...) and I would use it for everything under the sun if the blade was a bit narrower, alas!
Seriously Delicious Holiday Giveaway: Counter Culture Coffee Subscription
Wow, I think I might need to get a subscription to that, I'd love a bit more variety in my coffee.
When at home, it's french press coffee, 60% coffee, 40% milk, 1 lump of sugar. Makes a nice big cup that lasts long enough that I'm not consuming as much as I used to!
Seriously Delicious Holiday Giveaway: Zingerman's Praise the Lard Gift Box
On homemade pizza with onions and green olives. ALTHOUGH tonight I am adding some roasted brined chicken breasts to the mix ;)
Seriously Delicious Holiday Giveaway: La Quercia's Cured Meat Experience
I still prefer it best on homemade pizza with onion and green olives
Seriously Delicious Holiday Giveaway: Southside Market Sausage, Chicken, and Steaks
Well here, I like the Cedar River Smokehouse in Renton, WA, but I keep wanting to go back to Texas since everywhere I went for BBQ was delicious.
Seriously Delicious Holiday Giveaway: Recchiuti Chocolate Bars
chocolate almond clusters my Mom makes every Christmas...I believe it's my favorite thing about the holiday, and I love how I behave and don't make them all year long ;)
Seriously Delicious Holiday Giveaway: Charles Chocolates' Edible Chocolate Holiday Box
Man, that reminds me I forgot to pick up Jello mousse thing I saw on a commercial yesterday! I'm going with chocolate mousse, in all it's humble and not so humble forms.
Seriously Delicious Holiday Giveaway: Southside Market Sausage
My favorite bbq joint is Cedar River in Renton, WA. In fact thats what my husband is bringing a bunch of meat home from tomorrow to make our weekend happy!
Seriously Delicious Holiday Giveaway: Truffle Lovers Pasta
I've had them a couple times, the best was when I went to Florence and had a Vesuvio pizza with proscuitto, greens and truffles I'd read about in "American Pie: My Search for the Perfect Pizza" by Peter Reinhart, which was as good as he said it was! Mmmm...I'll cross my fingers I'm lucky, I love making pizzas and would like to recreate it at home.
Seriously Delicious Holiday Giveaway: D'Artagnan Boneless Heritage Ham
You're seriously making me want to buy a ham now. I like it simple with mayo, tomato, iceburg and american cheese on white bread. I like it lots of other ways but nothing like nostalgia to make a sandwich taste better!
Seriously Delicious Holiday Giveaway: Pasta Mancini Collection
My FAVORITE would be the old standby, spaghetti with ground beef and tomato sauce, because it's the most consistent. I've loved it BETTER many ways but I'll always stick with what I can make taste great every time.
