Noodles for the New Year: Cantonese Roast Duck Soup Noodles

That looks delicious. Another easy way to serve Chinese roast duck is on top of white rice with a side of steamed Chinese broccoli drizzle with sesame oil and fried egg. When you buy the roast duck, it usually comes with a small container of sauce, which is the juice from the duck when it's roasting. Pour that over the rice and veggie on a plate with the fried egg drizzled with soy sauce or oyster sauce.

About friedwontons4u

Website: http://www.friedwontons4u.com

Location: Philadelphia

About: A 20-something living in the only cheesesteak capital of the world who loves all aspects of food: study, preparation, CONSUMPTION, and photography.

Favorite foods: A little bit of everything. The most "unusual" thing I ever ate was chicken sashimi. I'm addicted to the taste of fresh sea urchin. I love curling up to a warm peach cobbler. Salt and vinegar chips rule. Nothing can ever replace my mom's chicken congee.

Last bite on earth: Why such a gloomy question?
