Mark Bittman's Savory Oatmeal with Scallions and Soy Sauce
Made this today, since there's absolutely nothing to eat at my house. I added a fried egg on top, and stirred in some fried garlic. Best of all, it's great for any time of the day! Quick, easy, and great for a broke college student.
The Food Lab: Buffalo Fried Turkey
My birthday always falls on/around thanksgiving, so my family often celebrates it on thanksgiving. I'm sick and tired of crappy dry oven baked turkey. Buffalo fried turkey? Now THAT is something I'd have for a thanksgiving/birthday combo dinner, especially since one of my favorite foods is buffalo wings! I'm getting hungry just thinking about it... Great article Kenji!
Seeking a Few Great Contributors
It would be an absolute DREAM for me to join the writing team! Unfortunately, I lack sufficient writing/photography skills, and currently living on a college campus that requires a 2 hr LIRR ride to NYC doesn't really help either. Perhaps sometime in the future I can become a contributor :)

This is $31 per person, right? Because I'd love to go here with my boyfriend but $31/person is pretty expensive, especially for broke college students like me :(
