Street Food: Kim's Aunt Kitchen Cart

Take this with a grain of salt... but I was there once and a guy was complaining about wait times that day.. and he said to me "I've been coming to this F'ing cart when Kim was running it!" According to him, Kim was the owner and HE cooked similar food to his Aunt. Again, I have no idea if any of that is true.
