Where can I get Chinese scallion pancakes?

A coworker of mine steered me to Tops Food at 139 East Broadway in Manhattan specifically for their scallion pancakes. They are $1.25 each and if you're lucky, they make them for you right there. Takes longer than the ones already made and sitting on the grill, but worth the wait. Lots of scallions and tasted like the one's from home. They were chewy and didn't need any condiment/accompaniment. They also sell food from a steam table but I've only tried their scallion pancakes to go.

WHERE TO GO NOW THAT COLUCK CLOSED?

I miss Coluck- the family owned restaurant located in the Elizabeth Street to Bowery tunnel.
Mostly for their shiao-bing yiu-tiao (aka bread sandwich) combo. Perfect with a bowl of congee. Anybody know where I can still find this carb-lovers delight? Did the owners relocate somewhere else?
Seems like most congee places in Manhattan Chinatown I've been to only offer the yiu-tiao.
Thanks for your help!
