About foodieheather

Website: http://www.projectfoodie.com

Location: New Jersey

About: Married mother of two, culinary grad who retired her toque pretty early and now works in Higher Education. In my spare time of which there is none you can find me waxing poetic over at project foodie or at home tripping over legos.

Favorite foods: Too many to name, steak, red wine (oh that's not a food), custards, french fries (or just about anything else fried for that matter), scallops, a perfect baguette, fresh pasta.

Last bite on earth: I don't know, I haven't tried everything that I want yet. Get back to me when I'm eighty.
