By far the worst experience of all time. Bought tickets online, got find out had to wait in one line ticket or no ticket. Finally get in, go to get a fast past wristband, found out they are down. Was told we can use credit or cash. Ok, then credit machines go down, had to withdraw cash from fee charging machine. Waited in line for hours just for an item and come to find they are out of cheesecake (one of the featured items on the menu). How does that happen. So, then decide to get pastrami and wings. Get in one of many lines, 3 hrs about 20 person in line. Then they run out of pastrami, hrs. wait for batch. So I said okay at least they still have wings. Come to find that wings are only at certain windows, which one I was not in line for, had to go to the back of another line. About 5 1/2 hrs. in line, and starving. Decide to get a refund and find food elsewhere. Go to customer service booth, they send me to window 6 or 7 outside the festival. Waiting in line with hundreds of other pretty pissed off peps by this time. Then they decided to stop giving refunds, wt*. Why allow some and not all. Very poor customer service and management on their part. All I wanted was to go and have some great food. All I got was a fat head ache. The best thing over all was the no line restrooms (because everyone was in the food lines....) and the Rock Medicine booth that I was able to get some medicine for my headache. SOOOOOO.......SAD................. :( .....
