My favourite family meal was made by both my mother and Auntie. Both of whom have passed away. But I carry on the tradition. Slow roasting a prime rib with small roasted potatoes, hot puffy yorkshire puddings served with thick dark rich gravy.

Simple tonight. I used Naan bread and made a pizza topped with tomatoes from my garden, garlic, a bit of ham and cheese. Served it with a salad.
