I am a currently a culinary student at Platt College, Tulsa. I am also the Upper School Chef at Holland Hall private school here in Tulsa, Oklahoma.
Everyone, thank you for the input so far. Every thing that has been said is inspiring in its own way. The ideas for the versus topic are more than i could have imagined. As for my passion in my career, I believe that is what i was looking for in the subject of the debate. All advice and tips given are awesome. The paper is due friday, so wish me luck and thanks again to everyone who contributed.
I'm writing a research paper on the culinary arts industry, but am having a problem comming up with a good topic. The paper has to be in debate style with me choosing one side or another. As there are some noteworthy debate topics in the industry, i.e. salt vs. no salt, organic vs. processed, etc. I have yet to decide on what debate topic to choose, much less which side to take. A little advice would be helpful and appreciated.
