Thank you for this! In addition Sullivan St Bakery is having their last no-knead bread workshop on Jan. 11th. Not sure if there is still space. Here's a link: http://www.sullivanstreetbakery.com/

. . . eh, nevermind. I'm watching. Bravo to HBO for airing a food-related program closer to Truth and Beauty than Food Network ever has.

I was really hoping the cupcake class would be running when I come to NY in March but alas I'm there a couple of weeks too early - would've been great to go to a cupcake baking class in NY!

Wow, picking *one* chocolate dessert is hard! But I guess I'd have to go with brownies. By themselves they're fabulous and even a not so great brownie is usually pretty okay. Heat it and put some ice cream on top and it becomes even more fabulous!

Brownie on the bottom, topped with vanilla ice cream, then another brownie on top, hot fudge topping all over the brownie and ice cream, and of course whipped cream and a cherry on top! :)

My very favorite chocolate cake is the one my mother-in-law use to make me. It was the recipe off the Hershey's cocoa box.It had carmel icing and
it was delicious. But, anything chocolate will do!!
