Falling in Love With Le Pigeon in Portland, Oregon
Everything about this place makes me smile, from the mismatched grandma flatware, the extensive wine list (with lots of size options for almost any size group or budget), and dishes that are at once comforting and unexpected. On our last visit talented hottie Gabriel Rucker not only delivered our food but checked in on several occasions to see how things were going. Swoon. And yes, he only makes 5 burgers each night.

I like to cook steal cut oats risotto-style, it is delicious and healthful. I assume you could do this with any liquid but i am particularly fond of the savory variations.
