On a cutting board. Whenever I'm starting to cut prosciutto for anything at least half of it never makes it to the intended destination, instead ending up directly in my mouth.

As far as my favorite intended uses for proscuitto, probably sherried mushroom empanadas and a fun rendition of succotash are tops right now.
