Dinner? On a beautiful day like today ...
I have been eating pasta nonstop this week! I live in California, and it's been REALLY hot, so I made a really great pasta salad with sundried tomatoes, goat cheese, and a balsamic sauce for a colder dish. Tonight I had simple red sauce, chicken, and really good Parmesan over angel hair.
Vacation Cooking
Taco buffet!
Brown up some ground beef, add the little bit of water and the (cheap) pre-packaged beef taco seasoning.
Set out the taco shells, shredded cheese, chopped/shredded lettuce, reheated canned beans, salsa and/or chopped tomatoes, sour cream, guacamole, etc.
Easy, cheap, and sure to please children and adults alike! Have a great vacation, Florida is a great place to be right now! :)

Lamb. My sister is obsessed with a recipe that I make with it and has specially requested lamb for the family Easter dinner. I can't say I'm upset, it is an amazing recipe and is insanely delicious!
