Low-cut tops. Am I alone on this?

I have also not watched her in a very long time. Her cooking is something any child could do, and it's not true Italian cooking. She always calls it "my version" of the Italian dish. That's because her version isn't Italian at all. I would honestly like to see some real Italian cooking like Mario did. I miss him!

Giada's accent when saying Italian foods is so phony, it truly makes us laugh. But, yes, I believe Giada is very insecure and she thinks she can hide her lack of talent and looks with the low-cut sweaters and blouses. If any of the food network people are reading this, please bring us some real Italian cooking and forget the food porn. If we wanted porn, we'd go out and get it.

DISTURBING! Now, that was gross. If anyone thinks Giada looks good in that feature, they need a good doctor. All I can say is that her bobble head looks even larger, and her body does not fit that huge head. It really is gross, especially for someone who believes she is so sexy. I honestly think she needs to see a good psychologist or something. She has some major problems with her image, and the tomato sauce doesn't help!

Which TV chef cooks the most authentic Italian food?

I understand how difficult it is to find good authentic Italian recipes in this country. My mother was born and raised in Bari, Italy, and she handed down many recipes to me. I have also aquired recipes in my travels around Italy over the years. Lately, I have been looking for recipes in American cookbooks that are true Italian and not Americanized, but they are far and few between.

I have watched Mario many times, and I think he is probably the best Italian chef on TV. His recipes taste much like those that my mother used to make.

I have also watched Giada, although I have not tried any of her recipes. I can only take her for a few minutes at a time, and I don't think her recipes are authentic. Many of them don't seem to be Italian at all. I don't know her background, and she may be Italian, but she doesn't cook like an Italian or act like an Italian. Most Italian women (and I have spent much of my adult life in Italy) are far more conservative in their attire!

Who's your most/least favorite food personality on Food Channel?

Favorite: Sara Molton
Least Favorite: Giada

I love watching Sara Molton. She is so low-key in her cooking and her style, and she makes everyone feel like they can accomplish the many beautiful dishes she prepares. I have attempted several of her tasty recipes, and every one was a success.

My least favorite TV chef is Giada. Frankly, I haven't tried any of her recipes. When I feel like cooking Italian food, I always use Mario's recipes. My best friend was born and raised outside of Rome and he moved here about ten years ago. He laughs every time he sees Giada. He calls her the psudo-Italian food porn queen. He thinks it's very funny the way she pronunces Italian foods with a phony Italian accent. So, both of us don't think she's much of a cook. She should also invest in a turtleneck.

What's wrong with Giada?

I have also heard the same thing, and I feel guilty because I really don't like her at all. I have always felt she was a phony, and I don't understand why she feels she has to show off her breasts on every episode.

She is far to skinny and her head does look like it's way too big for her body. Even after they changed her hair style, her head still looks huge. If she has a medical condition, I feel sorry for her and guilty that I dislike her so much.

Wouldn't you think that the Food Network would ask her to wear a few turtleneck sweaters on some of her shows? Let's give her breasts a rest, please!

Perhaps she could also swallow some of the food she makes (other than the vegetables and fruit), rather than just faking it. We can all see how tiny the bites are when she's eating something with actual calories.

Anyway, to answer your question, yes, I have heard that she does have some sort of medical condition. One of my friends told me that her look is typical of someone who has an eating disorder. Whether or not that is true, I don't know. There is definately something serious going on there.
