I'll be giving Christmas Cookie & Candy Plates to special people this year. My granddaughter, daughter and I make a bunch of different kinds of cookies and one or two candies. We make several variety plates and give them as gifts. They always go over great and are requested for the next year! On top of that we have great fun doing the making of the gifts.

Best Thing I Ate Over July 4th Weekend

I had Waygu New York Strip Steak, grilled outside on a charcoal grill. About an 1" thick and seasoned with just salt and pepper. I've never had Waygu beef before. It is sublime! Tender, cuts like butter, tastes so wonderful. It causes a food based orgasm -- I swear!
