It's "coke," and you get a Coca-Cola (or, more properly, a "Co'-Cola.") Around here, if you'd like something else, you'd also ask for it by its name (e.g. "I'll have a Sprite, please.") The worst is when you ask for a Coke, and they give you a Pepsi. Yuck!
