Weekend Cook and Tell: Sandwiches!
Mine is the BLT. Buttered toasted bread, crispy bacon, fried egg, caramlised balsamic vinegar onions, rocket, spinach leaves and topped with a chilli ranch sauce.
I made this on the weekend but added the left over crispy bits of the bacon and fried egg with oil onto the sandwich. Not good for the arteries, but boy did it taste good!
