I roasted a smallish chicken with garlic cloves and butter. I use crushed peppercorns and oregano. I also roast asparagus and Yukon Gold potatoes in the oven while the chicken is resting.

Grocery shopping at Target!?
We have Targets, but no nearby Super Ts. I was skeptical when I saw the Archer Farms Kona coffee, but it's the best priced Kona I'll ever buy, so I picked it up.
