Dinner Tonight: Kale and Chickpea Pasta
Thanks! I keep looking for great kale recipes to use up the stuff out of my garden. This one sounds alot like the Kale and White bean pasta I made for dinner last night.
Cook the Book: Pimento Cheese
Even though I'm not the biggest mayo fan I do like some pimento cheese. My dad made some the other day with a dab of blue cheese in it. It was HEAVEN!

One of the reasons I love fall is b/c of Pumpkin beer! I tried the Kennebunkport Pumpkin Ale from Trader Joe's last weekend and it was pretty tasty. Not overwhelmingly pumpkin but not too much to make you think you are having liquid pumpkin pie.
