Have You Ever Tapped a Maple Tree?

My Aunt and Uncle who lived in upstate NY did this for decades, and made a decent living selling it. I was raised on it, and to this day continue to drive out to the middle of nowhere to buy the real stuff. As a result, it horrifies me when people eat "pancake syrup".
